Taking so long to get pregnant

Okay so question and I don't mean this to sound rude or insensitive. But people that have been trying to conceive for like YEARS. Why can't you get pregnant? Do you have underlying issues? I feel like I see so many ladies on here who have said they have been trying for years and nothing! It's always been a fear of mine that I won't ever to be able to get pregnant even though I've never had anything wrong with my body or come back abnormal. So just wondering. But baby dust to all of you who do have difficulties 😘
