Ulcerative colitis and pregnancy

Just wondering if anyone is or has gone through their pregnancy in a colitis flare? I have been in remission for almost 8 years but a flare started up right around the time I found out that I'm pregnant. So now I'm feeling horrible and can hardly tell what symptoms are pregnancy and which are my UC. :( (first prenatal visit will be this Friday- 10weeks) just paranoid that it's going to make everything complicated and hurt the baby. :(. (I know worrying is just going to make me sicker - trying to stay calm and positive)
