VERY ODD BLOOD INCIDENT

Ok, this post is definitely going to be TMI. I just went to the bathroom, feeling slightly like I had to go #2. Went in, tried with not much success (not constipated), wiped, stood up... looked at the toilet and freaked out. Toilet was full of blood. Nothing on my underwear. Haven't had my period since the week of 3/15/15. Was very unexpected. Then tried to urinate a little to make sure it wasn't bloody urine, but didn't seem that way. Not sure, but freaking out. Any ideas or suggestions?
