New & sad

Never thought I'd be at this point. I always thought that we'd do the iui first but due to DOR & ovulation issues on my end combined with dh's triple morphology, count, motility issues : ivf is our only option.

I'm devastated. & after a delayed freak out response last night, I'm ready to accept it. My question is that I get migraines & was told of high health risk concerning use of normal bc as it causes my migraines to be extremely bad. Is anyone else in the same boat & how is it handled for you?

This is our 1st, we're both 39.
