Need so motivation!!!

So I've been trin to lose a little bit of weight I'm not over weight just trying to lose some belly fat I'm really good at working out but when it comes to eating I just want to eat everything I see I'm always around food and people who eat in large unhealthy amounts and when I try to eat healthy I just get stairs as if I'm breaking a law and then I just get persuaded to eat the same thing I just cant help myself!
