Super sore nipples?!?

I've noticed lots of women have mentioned sore breasts...my breasts themselves aren't  sore but my nipples are SUPER sore!! Anyone else??

Yes me! I'm 6&3 they have been hard and sensitive for about 2 weeks. Wah! Boobs feeling okay otherwise..

Yes, they get so hard and painful!! Sometimes like 4 times a day. This past week it happened during two different meetings at work and I couldn't even concentrate I was trying to push my bra off of them, super embarrassing... I have been using microwave / boiled water heat packs and Tylenol at home but when it happens at work I feel trapped.
