Foul Gas before menstruation?

Does anyone experience foul gas before and after their period? I cant help it and its extremely embarassing. I havent been able to connect it to anything yet, such as certain foods, but I do notice it more before my period comes. Any input is appreciated.

The struggle is real lol....I can always tell when af is here to visit because I get really bad cramping first thing in the am and then I'm running to poop then I gas all day it's terrible

I have gas during my menstruation n also way before n after. I have gas everyday. I'm embarrasssed bout it but it happens to me all the time

Yes, right before and at the beginning of my period. A lot of my girlfriends have reported the same. I think it's quite a common symptom.

Yup. I get that with "the runs." I call it the period poops 💩. Freaking awful.
