dpo with opks? The day..." /> I count it as the day after the +opk since that's when I usually ovulate. Was just curious as to how others count it 😊

I use opks and take my BBT. Once I get a positive opk I will usually have a rise in my BBT the next day, which means I have ovulated. There has been times though I've had an increase in temp 2 days after a positive opk. So it just depends. That's why I'm glad I take my BbT just to confirm ovulation occurred.
