Appetite

I know your appetite changes when your pregnant. I've had 2 kids. I've never ate s9 much more than my husband. I don't have cravings per say. Just eat like a horse lately. Is there a chance I'm pregnant without knowing cause it's too early to check? I'm getting close to the age of having possible twins. 35 is coming before I know it. If anyone has had twins, is there a change in general besides growing quicker?
