Weird rash on my shoulder has been here for a week now... Any idea what it could be? It's pretty itchy and painful! :(

Just because you were bitten on your scalp from a tick doesn't mean the typical bullseye rash won't show up somewhere else. Please seek medical attention. You could have contracted Lyme disease and you must get treated immediately if that is the case.

Im chilling here at work and I asked my nurse what she thought...she said it looks like ring worm..she doubts its from your tick bite bc the bullseye you get is at the area of the bite...

Hm never seen one like that, try cold compresses if its itchy and also hydrocortisone cream until you can get to a doc

I have never seen something like that:/ try calamine lotion or itch cream. It doesn't look like an allergic reaction or ring worm. I would try calamine lotion and if it doesn't go away soon or gets worse I would go to the doctors in 3 days if calamine lotion or other rash medications don't help.
