Is it okay to get ur hair colored in the first trimester? Or going for a massage?

Answer

My OB said to only get massages from someone certified in prenatal massage and to specifically get that kind of massage. They will position you differently and know what they are doing so you can still get help relaxing. Also, I was told I could get pedicures if the salon was empty/well vented (fumes are problematic) and to tell them not to touch the bottom of my feet. Check with your doctor first though as each doctor is different.
