Cramping and back pain all night

Hi there! My name is Lea! I'm 38 weeks and 5 days today. First time mommy and I've been cramping all night long, I've also had lower back pain. I haven't really slept much because of the pain and because I've had to pee more frequently. I have a docs appointment at 10am today, just don't know if these are contraction pains or just normal cramping😕
