Help me please !!!😪

Okay I'm 7 weeks pregnant almost8 and I have a really bad soar throat I can barley talk and I think I'm coming down with the flu I can't talk to y doctor to ask over the phone what I can take but I was wondering if taking cold an flu liquid medicine was okay ??? It don't say anything on the bottle about don't take if pregnant so ? Help or any suggestions what I can take for it 😥😖😞
