I'm confused

Thought I was pregnant the 19th of last month I took a test said positive a coupl weeks late took cheap dollar store ones nothing shows up. Then I start bleeding pretty bad during sex. And I was having bad stomach cramps that day so that night when I started bleeding figured it was my period well the next morning I'm not bleeding nor am I bleeding the next day what is going on with me!!
