Confused

So I just switched from an IUD to a low dose pill in April. It's been fine up until this month. I have super sore boobs, almost constant nausea, and I'm 8 days late for AF. I don't even have any symptoms of my AF other than sore boobs. Normally I have a break out, cramping, sore back, and spotting. I have none of that. Just nausea. I've been peeing every five minutes I feel, and I have been really sensitive to smells. I took a test a week and a half ago as well as one Monday and one today. All negative, but this definitely doesn't feel normal for me at all. I'm on cycle day 42 and normally I average 30 days. I'm never this late and never had a cycle this long. Should I be concerned? I don't know what's going on. Is my pill really screwing me up this much? Could I still be pregnant even with the negative tests?
