pregnancy, is it bad?" /> Is it okay to drink diet sodas, teas, etc. During pregnancy? I'm trying to cut down my intake of sugar.

I adore diet coke, like one of my favorite drinks. But with the artificial sweetener I know it's not ok for the baby, so I avoid it. Which is ok to me, because it makes me cut down on cokes :)

Soda is horrible for you period, much less a developing baby. I'd drink water, lemon water, or coconut water. 😊
