Cervical incompetence

Anyone else have it? I found out in 2010 when my water broke at 22 weeks. Unfortunately my little guy didnt make it. With my 2nd I had weekly progesterone shots until I reached term. And had a cervical cerclage put in at 15 weeks. Still shortened at 18 weeks but thanks to bed rest had a healthy boy at 37 weeks. We will be doing the same thing for this pregnancy. Just curious of what others have done to help carry their baby to term.
