Worried. 💔
Any advice?
I had my 12 week scan yesterday and was so excited. Everything was amazing; we saw our beautiful baby wiggle and heard the heartbeat when we was told that there was a little extra fluid on the nt test and it's a sign of downs. My heart just broke and have been so worried since and have to wait 10 days for the blood test results to give us more of an idea if our baby has it.
The nt measured 2.3mm and on all the websites I checked, that seems to be a normal amount, so why did we get told it is 'above average' and needs to be tested more?
Has anyone else had this? What is your nt results and should I be worried? Any advice would be greatly received.
