Constipation?!

I'm 13 weeks and 4 days and super constipated. What's some good relief? Meds, remedies, anything?

My doc has me taking a colace every morning with my prenatal, and miralax when I am feeling "backed up". I hadn't gone in almost 6 days at my worst, and this remedy has gotten me regular.... FINALLY!! Oh, and lots of water. Lots and lots.

My doc told me I could use correctol. I haven't tried it yet because I haven't needed to since I saw him last. Might be worth a try.

I tried everything I already ate super healthy when I got pregnant but I still became constipated I started taking dulcolax one pill everyday and now I'm regular I've also bought the generic ones from rite aid and they're just as affective 😊 hope you go soon!

Buy foods with lots of fiber in them or added to them. Fiber cereal, double fiber bread in sandwiches, prunes, beans, etc.
