So much blood...obviously tmi

I am currently 6 weeks and 5 days pregnant. I have been bleeding, with clots, of and on (mainly on) since Monday night. No cramps. We saw our little nugget and a strong heartbeat yesterday at the ob appointment. The embryo implanted a little low, so they say that could be the cause of the bleeding. But I'm starting to get worried that I'm losing too much blood. Literally any input is helpful at this point.
