Okay. Let me start off saying I just had twins. They were really early. Born 25w3d. I was hospitalized at 21 weeks for my cervix dialating. I had to have it sewed shut and I pretty much stayed in the hospital since.

The 6 week wait is to give your body a chance to heal after giving birth and to avoid infections from having sex. It's good you used a condom. Has your dr suggested other forms of birth control safe for nursing moms? I'm asking bc getting pregnant again so soon after a c-section can be dangerous since your incision on the inside can take months to a year to fully heal.

If it's still uncomfortable to have sex try other things to relieve the tension other than penetration.

Let me finish since my phone decided to cut me off. ugh. Okay. So I've never really had a high sex drive but toward the end of my pregnancy I did. Since all this has happened it's been months since me and my SO have done anything. Today is 2 weeks 4 days post partum of my emergency c section. They cut me horizontal on the outside and vertical on the inside. Ever since I've been out of the hospital my SO wants sex. And so do I. I mean it's been a while. Well, guess what we just did.. Yeah. I feel like I just did something wrong because I didn't wait the six weeks. I made him use a comdom and I only let him in halfway because it hurt. My scar looks really good I think it's healing right. I'm scared I just messed up big time. I'm exclusive pumping for my twins in the NICU also.

What is really the question? I had twins (they will be 14 in 2wks) at 32 weeks. I was put on bed rest at 24 weeks.
