Quick questions
So I just have a couple of questions to see if this is common for my cycle?
So when I first started my cycle (I was 12) I would be on for a whole 7 days! That lasted up until the time I got on birth control (at 14) which then brought my duration down to 5 days, which is still my normal length now that I'm 23 & I've been off of birth control for 3 years now.
During my cycle, I have cramps every single day, usually during the entire day ( of course the cramps aren't continuous throughout the day; they'll go for a while , stop for a while, & then start back up). I've also experienced "body shutdowns" where I'm guessing my cramps were so bad for a day, then the next morning I wake up but can't move anything but my neck & head & I can talk & everything but literally cannot move & the longest these shutdowns have ever lasted has probably 15mins (but that was years ago) & I probably experience a "body shutdown" once every other month.
Just wondering am I the only one who experiences these things while I'm on my period?
