Period 4 days late
Back pain
"Implantation bleeding"
Bloating
Cramping 
Loss of appetite
Frequent urination 
There's probably more I just forget right now. I know I should test but I want to wait till Sunday before testing.

You should get an accurate response if you took a test considering your period is late. I got a bold positive the day before my period on a first response. I just felt pregnant. I don't know how to explain it. But those symptoms seem to match up though pregnancy and period symptoms are very similar. You could have just missed a period but still are getting the pms symptoms.
