My sister-in-law said she got pregnant every time because she elevated her legs on the wall for15 minutes does this wrk lol

Lol it doesn't matter if your legs are up down, sideways, or over your neck the swimmers are still gonna make it up there. There are over 5 MILLION sperm. I think at least one will make it up there lol and the race begins once he ejaculate so by the time you sit up or yet up after six they're already in there. If you do want to try just leaving the sperm in there without having to have your legs in awkward positions you can always invest in a soft cup (disposable menstrual cup) that you can keep in and throw away after a couple hours. I've read that works without having to get light headed from elevated legs.
