Pcos ovary view
The first photo is the right ovary. The Dr thought my pain was from appendix. She did a laparoscopic surgery and also found out my left ovary was 3x the size it should have been it was the cause of my pain it wrapped around the intestine cutting blood flow and stuff. I still have both ovaries but they are said to be normal size again
