Abortion experience

I had a medical abortion on the 21 and took the second set of pills on the 22.  I sat in the clinic for several hours because of the state law and just filled out forms had a blood test and sonogram I was 4 weeks and 6 days and type a+ blood so no rh shot. I took my first pill in the clinic and felt ill but after some food I was fine and went home and had some very mild cramping but was fine. The next day (the 22) I placed the 6 pills in my cheeks which had no taste really just were a bit chalky in my cheeks for about an hour and swallowed the left over paste and had no pain or bleeding for the next 2 hours so i thought going to the store would be fine but it wasn't. I started having large blood clots and I threw up and had diarrhea for the next 2 hours and large blood clots but no real bleeding. Through the next 6 hours I was fine I had large blood clots and some cramps but I didn't take anything besides Advil and even missed a dose or 2 and was fine it really wasn't much worse than a period and I also used a heating pad but I was fine mostly it wasn't that bad of a expierence . The next day I went on a small trip to a town a hour away just to do something different and distract myself . I switched to my menstrual cup that day before the trip and the clots were much smaller like average period clots and I had some medium flow bleeding and mild cramps but it was fine . I bleed a total of 2 weeks exactly but it was lighter than a period and not painful besides the first two days .  It wasn't bad or scary and i am so relived to have this done with . I know several girls in the clinic waiting with me opted to do surgical but unless you're over 8 weeks I think medicated is much much better and easier since its lower chance for infection and it's not worse than a period by any means so it's easier . I am glad I did this in the privacy of my home and got to sit and relax with my partner who was so amazing and supportive the whole time I am so blessed to have him he really helped me . Abortion isn't scary or brutal like some may like you to think . The staff at the clinic I went to were mainly ladies and all amazing and so helpful and supportive and non judgemental I am so thankful I had a easy going and private abortion .
