Husband left update

It's day 3 and he's still not back. I would like to leave but he has the car and I don't really have friends here. I'm heartbroken and all the stress is making me sick. I don't know what to do anymore. Iwaited, i gave him time and i get nothing in return. I want my family to be complete but i also just want to punch him in the face for doing this to me.

I thought he wanted to be a better father than his own who left when his wife was pregnant with twins (my hubs and his brother). He never met him until he was 18.

It's the uncertainty that is killing me.
