Scared... what should I do??

So the last two weeks I've had pregnancy symptoms and my period isn't due for another 6 days. I was going to buy a test today, but yesterday morning I went to the bathroom an when I wiped there was a little bit of pink. And it was only there when I wiped. Throughout the day it got a little brighter red, but was still only there when I wiped. And this morning at 7am I went to the bathroom and there was alot of blood, almost as if I had started my period, but not quite. And then around 9 am I went to the bathroom again and it was almost as if I was spotting again, but there was still a little bit of red. What should I do?? If I was pregnant did I lose the baby? Should I still take a test?? Im scared an have no idea what to do...
