Dull ache

So I'm 8 weeks today and I have this dull/pressure in my left side of my abdomen. I don't think I experienced this with my first pregnancy, I did have an ovarian cyst with my first that ended up twisting and led to a emergency surgery. This does t feel like that but makes me nervous because it's in the same area.  Anywho, I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this weird dull feeling? I have called my OB and I'm waiting on a call back but didn't know if anyone else had felt something similar? Thanks for any input! 😊
