Girl on top position...need advice!

So I'm a bigger girl (225) and my bf is (175). My ex was bigger than me so I found it easy to ride him. But with my new bf being smaller, Its so hard to ride him. I feel like I may hurt him. He seems to enjoy it other than me not going hard or fast enough but I can't seem to find a comfortable position on top. Help??
