3rd tri w/ little ones at home - nervous

This is baby #3 & I'm 37.  I have a 1 yr old & 3 yr old.  This pregnancy has been (knock on wood) very easy and has flown by since I have my Littles at home all day.  However, I remember being very uncomfortable (to the point of tears) with my 1st two late in the 3rd tri.  Does anyone have any positive stories about making it through?  Will the 3rd tri pass as quickly?  Looking for reassurance!
