Frist trimester what should i be feeling?

Hi everyone this is my first time on this ap. I am very new at all this and have a million and one questions here's where I am now. I had a miscarriage (my first pregnancy) at 5 weeks on 5/17 then I got pregnant right away found out on 6/8 I am 3 weeks and 5 days pregnant and so happy but so scared of another miscarriage. Everything so far has been normal and my hcg is 48 but last night I got up from the couch and felt this pain in my groin on my left side it went away after an hour but I still feel small feelings no pain on my left aide am o supposed to feel things during pregnancy?
