UTI. Painful! Have you had anything like this?

I went to the ER yesterday because my right labia is so swollen and has a lump in it. They did not say anything really. Took a urine test and blood test. Said I have an acute UTI. They prescribed me 2 different kinds of antibiotics and told me to take Tylenol for the pain. But I have never felt anything like this. It's so swollen down there and extremely painful! It hurts to walk or move. I don't know what else to do.
