Am I pregnant?

I am 2 dpo, we have been intimate more than once during my fertile window. We have been ttc since Dec 14, in Jan 15, I have severe crampings, constipation, ended up in the hospital, finding out I had ms. We waited 4 months, we just started to try again last month. I haven't taken a test yet for fear of a negative test. I have having an upset stomach for the three days plus extreme tiredness. Advice please. Thanks
