Sign of pregnancy? ??

I been gagging on everything i tried to today, hot dog, yogurt , etc. All i want to do is drink water and I'm not even a fan of water. What can this be a sign of??? hopefully pregnancy. According to glow I'm still ovulating . Is it too early to think it's a pregnancy sign? ??
