Am I going to have my daughter late?

I go in to check my cervix on Tuesday but I haven't had any Braxton's hicks or conractions at all. My daughter is always pushing on my cervix but I don't get cramps or anything like that, I guess I'm just wondering if that means that I'm not dilating.. I'm due July 16th but most of my friends have had contractions by now, 35+1 today.

I'm due July 3rd. No contractions yet but I was dilated 3cm and 75% effaced last Thursday. Another appointment this coming Monday. Don't think it means your going to be late by any means. Baby will come when baby is ready.

Enfacement and dilation don't tell a mother anything. It could be weeks before you give birth if your dialated or it could be the next day if your not. Some woman never feel their Braxton hicks. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I can actually feel them this time. You won't be pregnant forever.
