I have been on a kickstart diet for a week. Today is my cheat day. I have had mashed potatoes and a piece of chocolate pie. My bf says well why did you go on a diet in the first place
If you are going to just undo everything you just did. Then he tells me that I shouldn't be eating all of this and that if I want my diet to work then I shouldn't cheat and if I do not really cheat just eat bread or something. EXCUSE ME? Is he the one who has been eating chicken and quinoa and flavorless crap for a week? No! He ate all this junk food in front of me and now has the audacity to tell me to cool it?! I'm so pissed right now. The mashed potatoes were his idea. I really just want to tell him that what I eat isn't his business and I can eat whatever I want. Tomorrow I go back on the diet. I am so mad.
