Diaper stockpiling?

My husband and I are trying to prepare for our baby's arrival by stocking up on diapers. Only problem is how many to get! I heard not to buy that many newborn diapers and to buy the most of size 2.

Please post below with how many diapers are needed ON AVERAGE (I know every kid is different) for NB, size 1, 2 & 3 :)

Unless your a couponer don't stockpile much at all. A bag of size 1 and a couple bags of size 2. You don't know if your baby will fit or perhaps an allergy to a brand of diapers.

Truthfully is you go with the honest company and do there diaper bundle your better off, each month they send you diapers and wipes,

I'm ordering through a hospital at a significantly reduced price... 240 diapers for $20. Worst case scenario, the baby is allergic and can't wear them so I just resell the unopened packs for what I bought them for.

Well mine went through 1 and 2 rather quickly and then longer in 3s.   And i usually have them potty trained before they are out of 4s.   But i warn you.  Every child is different, and your child could end up allergic to the diapers you are buying.  Mine got huge horrible boils on her little tushy, turns out she was allergic to Pampers.  We switched to Huggies and now have no problems.  I hve a friend whose boy became allergic to Huggies and they had to switch to Pampers.  The same goes with all the soaps and lotions you stock pile.  Their is just no way toknow what is going to bother their very sensitive skin.
You would be better to save your money.  It isnt a bad idea to get some  (on sale) but for the most part just buy as needed.
