Weird periods....

For as long as I can remember my periods have been "normal" comes about every 28-30 days lasts about 5-7 days with light to medium flow and minimal cramping. Last month it came on day 29 lasted for 2 days with very light spotting stopped for 2 days then came back for 5 days with heavy flow. This month it came on day 30 (6/9) with light spotting and nothing since (today is 6/12) I'm not pregnant, I've taken multiple tests. Anyone have similar periods or issues? Should I be worried and make an appointment to see my Dr?
