When are you most fertile?

Husband and I are trying to conceive and I'm trying to figure out what days I'm most fertile. Is it different with everyone or is there a specific amount of days it typically is after the end of your period?

Typically ovulation is on day 14 of a 28 day cycle. If your cycle is longer/shorter, 14 days before you expect af to begin. I think it can vary and be 12-16 days, but typically its 14? It's good to track your cm and cervix position to get a better feel for your personal cycle.

It is different for everyone. Personally I used a period tracker app as soon as we decided we were ready to have children. I used it to see how regular my periods were so I could track my fertile days and when ovulation was likely to occur.

fertilefriend.com has the BEST app. Not as pretty as this one but you will know your cycle and fertility inside out. First thing to do is get a thermometer and take your temp same time waking up each day and log it in the FF app.

It is different for everyone. Temping and useing opks and tracking cm are the best ways to figure it out. When it is ovulation day that is best but sperm can live 3-5 in the female so having sex in the days proir is still very good. Good luck.

Use the app Ovia! The first month I used it, I got pregnant! Record as MUCH info as you can each day in that app. It helps accurately predict your fertile window.
