Help? Advice?

Hello ladies:) I was wondering if anyone could help or give me any advice or anything. My last period I had was on June 3rd it was a day late and it was weird, it lasted for two days with flow then had spotting for the next two days after that. I've been very emotional since last month had a lot of CM had what I thought was implantation bleeding last month it was pink and only when I wiped once. I'm still emotional one day felt so sick to my stomach I couldn't eat with out just pooping it out (sorry for tmi), and have been having back pains and cramping in pelvic and abdomen. I've taken plenty of pregnancy tests all chepies and all said negative. Any thoughts? Should I go back to the dr? I've also been really nauseous
