I just got my BFP. Our original plan was to wait to tell anyone but now we realize how hard that is lol. I want to tell my mom tomorrow... Mind you she has been nagging for grandkids for four years so it's gotta be good. Any ideas???

Have your SO take a picture of you and your mom, but hVe it really be a video, and he says "say Erickas gonna be a mommy!" Instead of "cheese!"

You could get a pacifier and put it in a box along with a note that says "dear grandma, please keep this at your house.. Because my mommy and daddy will probably forget to pack one. Love, your soon to be grand baby" 
You can change the word however you want and stuff the box with confetti or something :)

The way we told our family was.. Bought plain White onsies and sticky foam letters and wrote baby Jarrell coming soon . put in small gift bags and told each member it was just something small for all the help.

I got a "baby on board" sign. Wrapped it in a huge box, filled with tons of paper and made her look hard for it (I taped it to the bottom of the box lol). It took her a good 20 min to figure out what it meant, funniest thing ever.
