So I am 12 weeks pregnant with bad hyperemesis gravidarum and have to go multiple times a week to the hospital to get fluids and nausea meds in an IV.

Monday I fainted and hit my head pretty bad and that was the moment that my midwife decided to contact my husband's chain of command to get him back here. ( he is doing nothing important. Some training 2 states east ha ha) she said I can't be alone in my condition. And my family is in Europe and his is far away.. At first his battalion commander didn't wanted to let him go and said that the soldiers who stayed here and the frg can take care of me.. I don't have to say that this didn't work out. I needed someone to drive me to the hospital and of course everybody was busy. . So now my midwife called them again and said she is not recommending it but she requires him to come home. .

They decided to give him emergency leave. That was 2 days ago and he is still waiting to leave for home..

The reason is ( and that makes me mad) that his battalion commander wants to know how long morning sickness lasts and he won't send my husband on emergency leave till he has an answer to that. .like he wants my midwife to tell him a number ..crazy !!!!!

I don't have to explain to anyone on here that it could be over in one week or last the whole pregnancy :/
