Nipple burn when it's cold?!

Boo
Has anyone else had this problem? I'm 24 weeks now but since about 12 weeks whenever it's even slightly cold outside or a breeze hits me my nipples start burning as if someone is sand papering them or they are on fire! It can last for about 20 minutes and even continues as I warm up. I have been doing some research and I think I have Raynaud's of the nipples. I have had Raynaud's in my feet since I was a teenager- which is where my toes go white and painful when it's very cold, but this nipple stuff is much more severe. Raynaud's of the nipple can start in pregnancy due to hormonal changes and you don't have to have had any symptoms before. I want to mention it because apparently it can be a cause of nipple pain with breast feeding after delivery and is under-recognised. I have friends who are doctors and midwives who work with breast feeding all the time and have never heard of it!
