Prenatal Chiropractor?

Question

Anyone used a chiropractor while pregnant ? I've been having constant severe back pain - if its not my lower back its my upper back. Constant like around the clock.

I don't want to take any medications for it... I've heard prenatal chiropractic could help a lot. I got a prenatal massage which made it worse.

Any thoughts?!

I have been seeing one since 10 weeks and go every 2-3 weeks. Best advice I was given as a FTM! My back pain is so much better.

I've been going to the chiropractor my whole pregnancy. It's amazing. And really helps with back pain.

I use one and she is great, very helpful with my pelvis as well. It supposed to help open you up. They use diff techniques for pregnant women.

I love my chiropractor! She is certified in prenatal care, so I have no worries about it harming my baby.
