Tips on lowering BP?
My BP has went from a consistent 120-122(not sure of bottom number) to 127-130/90. I feel like it has to be stress from my job. I take a magnesium supplement already. Would really love to have this baby at home but if my BP goes up anymore, that may not be possible. I also exercise regularly. I think my sweet tooth could definitely be lessoned and my Midwife said more protein and water and recommended to add in vitamin C. My pee is ok though- no protein in it. Any suggestions? I am thinking about telling my job (that I am about to leave) either I stay at home and work or may have to leave earlier than planned😁
