HELP!! Really long & irregular periods :(

So last month, I got my period the last week of the month for 7 days, and then 3 days after it stopped I got another 7 day period. Now I'm currently on it again (about 28 days after I had two in a row) and I've been bleeding for 9 days, and it is very heavy in these last couple days (heavier than I'm used to, like, bleeding through tampons in 2 hours and then I have to change it cause it started leaking) so I don't see it ending for a couple MORE days, making it around an 11-12 day period. IS ANY OF THIS NORMAL. Help!
