Endometrin and sex??

Question

I just started using Endometrin vaginal tablets after my latest IUI. My doc didn't say anything about sex while using them. Does anyone know if sex is or is not recommended while using them?

We were told we could but with the amount of discharge you get, hubby and I opted to wait. Or in the shower.

Our nurse said we can have sex while on the suppository, but wait until the tablet is dissolved.  For me that's at least an hour after I insert it.

I was told no sex while taking Endometrin. The nurse said the progesterone can transfer to your partner and also take away some of the dose from you. Who knows though...I was on a different brand at another office and was never told anything about sex or no sex!

I waited until I was done...there is SO MUCH DISCHARGE it just felt too gross to me.
