Diapers!?

Question

Anyone els thinking about using cloth diapers? Iv known someone who loved using them and saved her family so much money..  I been looking into it and they have some really cute one but not to sure on what brand..

LOVE cloth diapering. I use fuzzibunz and flips with my son and plan on buying more and trying new brands with this new baby due in December.

I have used them but in the end I ended up switching to eco friendly disposables. My husband was not on board and the end and refused to let me troubleshoot some problems we were having. However, I did enjoy the cloth diapers, especially when my daughter was exclusively breastfed. I really don't have too many brand suggestions though. Green Mountain Diapers is a good company with amazing service. But I've also used Alva Baby from China with not problem too. Do your research and see what type of diapers would be best.

I used prefolds when DD was a newborn then switched to Fuzzibunz One-Size. They were great, but as she got older her skin didn't like the microfiber. We don't have a washer right now, so we are using disposables, and I am so anxious to get back to cloth! Disposables smell SOOOO much worse!!

I love cloth diapering!! Green Mountain Diapers is good! Snaps are not as easy in the middle of the night, but they last a lot longer and are lower maintenance than Velcro, and they are better for when your older baby tries to take off their diaper. :-)

I used cloth for about 4 months with my son. I loved it, but he has has a rare allergy to cloth so we went back to disposables.

If I ever have a baby I will do half and half. Cloth at home and disposables when out and about. You don't need too many cloth  diapers. It's easier and a lot less smelly to have a few and just keep washing them. Then, if for some reason if all get used you can stick a disposable on. I would buy 8 
-10 cloth diapers that fit newborn-toddler. I wouldn't buy the ones for specific sizes as it costs a small fortune.
