Don't Feel Pregnant

This is my second pregnancy and I don't feel pregnant at all. Two doctors have confirmed the pregnancy, I have had an ultrasound and no weird bleeding, but I haven't had ANY morning sickness whatsoever. Occasional nausea, but I threw up at least twice a day when I was pregnant with my first child five years ago. I am supposed to be six weeks and four days pregnant, but besides heartburn, sensitivity to smells, and excessive tiredness, I don't feel pregnant at all. It should be noted that I had to just come off my anti anxiety medicine and am notorious for worrying about nothing, but not having morning sickness really worries me. Did anyone else not have it? That would make me feel better.
